Order & Shipping Information
Once your order is placed you will receive an email confirmation that your order has been successfully placed. Your order confirmation will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. Please make sure your shipping address entered is correct as we are not able to redirect goods once they are en route (we are not responsible for packages shipped to an incorrect address). If an incorrect address was entered contact your local USPS office or visit (usps.com) to locate package
Orders will be processed within 3 business days from the date the order was placed, unless otherwise noted (pre-order or backordered products).
Note that MATCH CANNA business days are Monday through Friday and exclude weekends and holidays. When your order is prepared for shipment you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your USPS tracking information.
Where & How We Ship
Currently we ship to all U.S. addresses including Alaska, Hawaii and U.S. territories such as Puerto Rico and U.S Virgin Islands. We apologize, but at this time, we do not ship internationally. Check back soon for any changes.
We ship via USPS First Class mail which generally takes 3-5 business days from the date shipped to arrive at your door. However, we know that shipping times through USPS have been delayed and MATCH CANNA is not responsible for USPS shipping delays. USPS does not guarantee their ship times and, at times, the projected 3-5 business days for delivery of USPS First Class packages may take longer depending on the location you are in.
Shipping Costs
We are pleased to offer free USPS first class shipping for all orders over $99. On orders less than $99, shipping is a flat rate of $5. For additional information on shipping time see above information.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Please make sure your shipping address entered is correct as we are not able to redirect goods once they are en route (we are not responsible for packages lost due an incorrect address provided). If an incorrect address was entered contact your local USPS office or visit (usps.com) to intercept/locate the package. MATCH CANNA will not re-ship a package if the address listed on the original order was provided incorrectly.
MATCH CANNA is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If USPS is unable to deliver to your address, please contact your local postal service to arrange a pickup or delivery. If you think the package has been stolen, please contact USPS to file a claim.
Incorrect Item Shipped or Shipping Damage
At MATCH CANNA we make every effort to ensure the correct product is included in your order shipment. However, we are humans and mistakes can happen. Please contact info@matchcanna.com as soon as your shipment arrives and notify us with your order number and notify us that you received an incorrect product. If there are multiple items in your order, please confirm the items received that were incorrect. We will ship you the replacement products ASAP and may ask you to return the incorrect product (we will provide a return shipping label).
Check your package upon arrival. All claims for damaged products must be made within 48 hours. Please contact info@matchcanna.com and provide a full description and photos of the damages for every product damaged during shipping.
Taxes
Sales taxes are applied at checkout on the product total, when applicable. We ship out of Texas which is an origin state and we calculate taxes at 6.75%
Returns
MATCH CANNA accepts returns on unopened/unused products in their original packaging within 14 days of receipt. Please check our “Items not Eligible for Return” to confirm return eligibility. Items must be returned unopened/unused.
We ensure our product pages provide accurate product descriptions, including listing all product ingredients, dosing information, as well as clearly noting all of our products that contain full-spectrum CBD. If you are not completely satisfied with a MATCH CANNA purchase and would like assistance with items that have been opened, tried or tested, please contact customer service at info@matchcanna.com for more information. We ask that you provide as much detail on why you’d like to return the open, tried, or tested product so that we may be able to better assist you and if needed, provide further product education. Please note in certain circumstances, opened products may be eligible for a refund in the form of store credit.
A return label fee of $5 may be deducted from the total refund amount of your returned items.
For more information, please review our return procedure, refund information, and exchange policy below. MATCH CANNA monitors return activity for abuse and reserves the right to limit returns or exchanges at any point.

Package your return item in the MATCH CANNA product box and original shipment packaging if possible. Otherwise, pack your return in a well-padded envelope or box to prevent damage in transit.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs on returns. MATCH CANNA will provide a prepaid return label for damaged or improper items shipped

Please note, it may take up to two weeks to process return shipments
We recommend you retain a tracking number when you return your items. For damaged goods or improper items return shipments can be tracked with the tracking number on your return label and we will notify you via email once your return has been processed.
Late Return
Any unopened products returned after 14 days of receipt are no longer eligible for a refund to the original payment method.
Items Unable to be Returned
Exchange Policy & Procedure
Products eligible for exchange include our Extra strength CBD oil and extra strength CBD oil- full spectrum. The products eligible for exchange must be unopened/unused in order for the exchange to be accepted. If you have any questions about these products not eligible for exchange, please contact info@matchcanna.com for more information.
To exchange an item, please follow the directions below:

4. You will receive an email confirmation when your return is processed.
In the case of an original product being exchanged for a new product of a lesser amount, MATCH CANNA customer service will apply a store credit in the amount of your originally purchased product (excluding any shipping costs) towards the new product total. Any additional store credit remaining after the cost of the new product is applied, will be issued to you in the form of a store credit electronic gift card to be used on future purchases.
In the case of an original product being exchanged for a new product of greater amount, MATCH CANNA customer service will apply a store credit in the amount of your originally purchased product (excluding any shipping costs) towards the new product total. The difference in price remaining will be charged to the original payment method before the new product will be shipped.
